Role Overview
We are looking for a Strategy Associate to support key initiatives related to fundraising, market positioning, and go-to-market execution. This role works closely with senior leadership and contributes to strategic decision-making across the organization.
The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong communication skills and is comfortable working on complex, open-ended problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Support fundraising initiatives through research, financial analysis, and preparation of strategic materials
- Assist in the development and refinement of go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation, positioning, and pricing
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions
- Develop presentations, models, and written materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with product and commercial teams to align strategy with execution
- Track strategic initiatives and support follow-through on key priorities
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, finance, operations, or related roles
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience creating clear, well-structured presentations and analyses
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast-changing environments
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to fundraising or investor-related work
- Experience with go-to-market strategy or commercial planning
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or technology-enabled businesses
- Experience working closely with senior leadership or cross-functional teams
